Time of Use Optimization & Smart Controls

Xcel Energy’s new Time-of-Use (TOU) rates make electricity up to 3x more expensive from 5–9 p.m. For most people, this 4-hour window will greatly impact your monthly bill.

We design and program a custom TOU strategy for your home, coordinating thermostats, HVAC systems, water heating, EV charging, and other major loads so they run efficiently outside of the peak period.

Choose from standard ($250), full-home ($450), or custom optimization packages depending on the complexity of your systems. About the cost of one bill!
